There are plenty of other things that you can do to make yourself feel like a rebel that won't cause cancer or other illnesses. I smoked for 10 years and just quit in January (4 months!! Yay me!!)....I understand how hard it is to stop but you really should try! It's not as hard as you think it is. I went from 1 pack/day to nothing without any help....just cold turkey....so I know you can do it!! I haven't noticed any difference with my IBS since quitting though....but I have noticed that I smell things more...things taste WAY BETTER and my lung capacity has improved soooo much.
