After smoking about 10 years. Honestly I can't say I noticed much of a difference in my IBS! (I know people will be mad I said that...)
Well actually - the 2 weeks after I quit were the worst, constant D and pain....but after the withdrawel was semi-over (it'll never be completely over), my stomach was back to the same.
