Seriously, though...I try not to, but the harder I try the more I smoke. If I don't think about it, less than ten a day now. I used to smoke more than a pack. Does it affect my IBS? Oh yes...combine it with a cup of really black coffee and I'm having spasmodic BMs until two or three in the afternoon without a break to breath! I force myself to smoke outside, which is a deterrant...I have to sit on the porch...I do this even in the middle of winter without a coat on...sometimes sitting on the cement is like sitting on a toilet.
