Canada I was in complete denial about 3 months ago about going back on the diet...I was on the diet for about year and then when I got pregnant I was in "remission" and stopped the diet. It was so tough to get back on it. I had trouble giving up milk and dairy the most. But finally when I couldn't even go to the grocery store without having an attack I gave in. I have been on the diet for about 1 1/2 months now and I feel so much better. I get it's a matter of weighing it out for yourself. If you eat safely all day and choose to have a few drinks at night, there's no saying it might affect you. I know for me alcohol was a major trigger. I can't even go anywhere without having an attack after ONE drink so I swear off it. If you can drink though try it. I wish you good luck. With no alcohol and the diet.
