Oh, boy! IBS test!

With inspiration from you guys, I finally went to a doctor about my IBS for the first time in 10 years. She was great, and agreed that it was indeed probably IBS like I thought (and not just lactose intollerence like the first doc said  ), but I still get to have the battery of tests done.
The blood work came back normal, and tomorrow I get to have a lovely barium enema! Boy I'm excited (dripping sarcasm)  . Please someone tell me that I'm not going to end up rocking in some corner the rest of the day! 
I'm in the prep stages today. I'm drinking juice because it's clear and high in calories. But now I definitely don't have any doubts that fructose on an empty stomach is not a good thing. The *real* cleasing starts in about an hour, so wish me luck!
One good thing out of this: I figured since my digestion would be screwed anyway, why be good? So I had BBQ brisquet last night and I've been drinking Dr.Pepper all day!
