This is what they'll want to determine before hand though... How much pain are you getting? Are your breasts large because they are composed of mostly fat or are they mostly breast tissue? If it's mostly fat then they will probably tell you to lose weight and they will shrink (and then get a lift or something) but if it's mostly breast tissue then the reduction is a good choice. They'll also want to know whether you're planning to have kids, etc. There are soooo many things....but at a consultation the surgeon should be able to answer all of your questions.
