And over the past 2 months, I've been averaging 1 every 10 days rather than 1 every 7 days for the past year. So that's an improvement. My IBS is still under control, and the fibro aches and pains aren't as bad as they used to be, so I'm a happy camper today. I still have no reserves of energy, so the least little thing tires me out and puts me back in bed, but that's better than not being able to get out of bed in the first place!
