Why won't your dr prescribe Ambien for you? It works miracles, I can't even begin to tell you how much better I feel now that I am sleeping!!! I think the Valerian is pretty mild so if you did get any rebound insominia, it shouldn't last more than a day or two. I hope you get some good sleep soon!!
