I am sorry you are having such a bad day (or week by the sounds of it). I hope things get better for you soon! When I have a bad day I just soak and soak and soak in a nice bath with smelly bubbles all around me and escape in a book. Sometimes it's alot easier to escape in someone else's world in books than it is to keep thinking and rethinking about how terrible, horrible and rotten things are going! I hope things brighten up for you soon!
