I'd suggest you change to another SFS - it'll do the same kind of thing but will be easier on your tum. I was psyllium for a while and had major side effects, but am now on Acacia and love it. Follow both diets as much as possible! Heather's diet is more about HOW you eat than what you eat - no triggers, obviously but then it's all about SF before IF etc. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
