Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

Hi all,
Well, it is 11 pm and Adrian is supposed to be off work in one hour, then half an hour to get home and we can finally be awake/asleep at the same time!! He has been doing all these night shifts lately, so we are always on opposite schedules and I HATE IT!!

He just called to say he was actually getting sent from there, to another club and has no idea when he will be home!!

I am so upset, this sucks so much!
I know this is stupid but I just cannot sleep when he isn't here! It's not that I miss him or anything so mushy, it's just that I get restless and I toss and turn and end up getting no more than MAYBE 2 hours of sleep. Then he comes home and sleeps all day!
I was so looking forward to seeing him tonight so we can talk and go to sleep together and I would FINALLY get some sleep. Now I will probably be up, lying on the couch watching old movies until 5 o'clock in the morning because I just can't sleep.

I am so worried that him working all his police night shifts will be too much for me. He says I'll just get used to it, but I just HATE THIS, HATE THIS, HATE THIS!!!!!!!
