I really want to see a natropath, I've heard some good things about them... Ok, onto the subject of which diet to choose - really it's an individual thing, like some people can't tolerate things that other people can, that sort of thing. My advice is do some elimination - do Heather's diet for a month, see how you feel then do the other one for a month - a bit of trial and error is needed with all of these things, but as I say, everyone's different and can handle different things etc. I hope thats of help.....?
