Right now, I am holding myself back from the fresh ice cream in the freezer. I know it will pack itself on to my tummy and my butt, I went shopping with my mom and sis yesterday. All I could see in that terrible mirror, was cottage cheese on my butt and thighs, ughhh, it was disgusting. I do have to do something, my son is on me about going to the gym with him. I am going to make an effort for the end of this week or next week. I need the prayers and do appreciate them, you are getting prayers back from me. How are you handling the back pain?
