I can't sleep because of post accident aches and pains.. I sleep till the meds wear off and then can't get up to get more and food at the same time so wind up just getting up.. I think I may take some this afternoon and then again tonight so I can nap during the day.. I was amazed at how well I slept last night but it only lasted 5 hours... then I spent 3 wimpering and DH slept through it thanks to his breathing machine being louder then me. he got up to go to the bathroom and was worried about me... told me I shouold have poked hima dn I said I couldn't move that much- he said I should have kicked and I said I tried but he was too far away on the bed. anyway- once I'd had the heating pad for an hour or so I got up. been here since...
