I know that I am new to this but I thought I would share what happened during my last attack... After reading most of the postings it is so great that it sounds like most of you have great boyfriends/husbands or significant others that are supportive during attacks, well as a single girl it can get downright depressing during an attack. This past Saturday I was paying for going out with friends the night before. I was in the bathroom for a good two hours and noticing that I had only empty boxes of imodium, alka seltzer, etc.. I looked down at my cat and begged her to get me some medicine, all she could do was look at me. I finally made it to the couch and laid on my stomach. My cat curled up on my back and laid there purring, I have now decided that is her job, since she can't go to the store she can give me the best "massage" I have had lately. Needless to say now that I feel somewhat better I ran to the store and stocked up on medicine.
