I've been on vacation in Florida, so I haven't been able to log in much and post, but I wanted to share my exciting news with you all. Matt proposed on the beach last Sunday night and it was absolutely perfect. If anyone wants the mushy details, let me know. As for IBS-related news, I'm so happy to be (almost) home, as we are at my parents' house for the night. It has been quite a challenge trying to make cajun food "safe." I did surprisingly well, but I've definitely suffered some attacks and I'm looking forward to getting home and eating my own prepared, safe foods.
