Guess what? Eric's parents came to take care of the kids and ordered us out of the house for the weekend. We spent 2 nights in Myrtle Beach, just us, just relaxed on the beach and slept in!! What a treat that is, without little ones waking us at the crack of dawn. It was heavenly, we're back now and feeling quite refreshed. I took my oatmeal and flaxseed and such all with me, managed to do quite well while there, restaurants were very accomodating (i.e., "Yes, I know it tastes great smothered in butter but I'd like you to please leave that off mine?"  )
Had to share, it was GREAT. His parents are such a blessing to us! Kids were great for them but I feel certain they are returning home TIRED and will sleep well tonight!
