I start getting really crampy (although not full-blown like when I have my period) and start getting break-through bleeding. I try and push through it but eventually I pretty much get my period anyways, and I've found it'll just continue on if I don't stop the pills and have an official "break" I know some people who go longer but so far I haven't had such luck Good luck with the pill, I know some girls with endo who have found Yasmin hasn't been strong enough for them, I take Min-Ovral, which isn't a very popular one I don't think but has worked really well for me.
