I for one did not have to think twice about subscribing to your newsletter. This web site and your cookbook have been a godsend of information toward my IBS management. I have lived with this problem my whole life and I understand that IBS is something that will always challenge me but it is such a relief to finally have viable, tangible solutions to my discomfort. It is also nice to know that there are other people who understand what I live with on a daily basis. Your efforts are greatly appreciated and I am confident that your good works will be returned in kind.
