If it's not better call us in a week....GRRR!

Hey Guys,
I'm so sick of hearing "If it's not better call us in a week" from my doctors office! I've had a sinus infection for going on four weeks, and each week I've been at the doctors, they've examined me, and told me it should respond to treatment any day, and if it's any better next week come back. I keep going back, spending half my day in the waiting room and getting told the same thing! So frustrating!
Today I got to see a more senior doctor and she at least sent me for a head x-ray to see if maybe something else is going on, and gave me some cortosteroid nasal spray to try, but I'll likely never get to see her again and she just said the same thing about coming back next week if nothing improves.
I just want it to get better and I'm getting really bummed
