Thanks so much for your response and all your tips Sorry to hear you had a lot of problems with your sinuses too. I almost had surgery when I was younger, but the problem seemed to subside on its own for a few years only to be back now with a vengence!
Two questions for you...first of all, my actual nose isn't stuffed up at all. Everything is draining into my eyes (which is really gross) leaving my nose clear. I can feel all the pressure/pain in my sinuses but don't feel "congested" Do you think that spray would still help?
Secondly, what did you think about the surgery? Was it a fairly easy procedure. My doc has mentioned it as a possibilty but I have to wait until I see a ear, nose and throat specialist which will be at least 3 months.
