What do people do with all that time they gain by not thinking about the next time they're going to poop??! Panadol and paracodol I think are available in australia, and I'm sure I bought codiene over the counter 6 years ago while I was in Toronto, but I don't know if you still can. They market it as acetominophen plus codiene, that's all I remember. Oh I hate nausea!! Can you drink some hot chamomille? That usually gets things settled for me. Also can you take a walk around?
