It is a shame. Yesterday was VERY hard for me as he ws all lovey-dovey. He's not a bad person but some of his behaviours are. I honestly don't think I want to marry him. And he is talking about proposing soon so now is the time to end things. It will break my heart. We have been together for TEN years!!!!
I am looking forward to single life because he is EXTREMELY controlling. The idea that I can cook, clean have friends over and do whatver I want will be exciting. Although I want to get a place by myself, I will probably end up moving in with a friend from work that has a spare bedroom at her apartment.
As far as being lonely...who knows? I have lots of close friends and I know they would all be there for me when I need them. But I am used to having him here most nights when I get home from work. It would be hard coming home to an empty house.
I would not want to rush into another relationship. No. It would have to go veeeeeery slow.
I'm very picky when it comes to guys so I would never jump into another relationship right away unless it was someone very special to me.
