MS bike thing...       02/03/05 01:29 PM Edit Reply Quote khyricat Reged: 08/05/04 Posts: 3612 Loc: Michigan raising money for MS- a cause near and dear to me.. should still be on the boards... In July I will be biking 150 miles in 2 days... so I need to work my way up- way out of shape.. I was a marathon runner up until about 10 years ago or so... when I screwed up my ankle one too many times, and my knee slightly in a car accident, but I can bike and the knee seems to be holding out.. up to 6 miles per training ride just spinning on low resistance on a stationary bike... but I need to go way higher and get off the stationary bike and onto something else.. but can't till it thaws outside...
