Thanks for the advice. I guess the difference is that I never made a 'bad' list.. I just started to feel a bit low and tried to cut it off at the source. I don't consider the list a mistake at all as it did make me calm right down and put things in perspective.. I personally think it is easier to focus on the small things.
But alright, if I were to make it bigger...
I am proud of myself because I am kind and I am very friendly to people, even if people are unfriendly to me. I have a good sense of humour, I am very sympathetic as well as empathetic. I am intelligent, but without any superiority or need to force it in anyone's face. I have large breasts and enjoy long walks on the beach. Hee hee, just kidding.
Yikes, I gotta get moving!
