Thank you so much. Sometimes it feels like no-one knows how hard it is! People always say "awwww, so cute" and I'm thinking "no, not cute, maddening!". I love them dearly but nothing in the world prepared me for toddlerhood with 2. I must say that it is a tad easier now that my eldest is at school and I've given up on the day nap for the same reason as you did. I was more stressed trying to make them have it than just leaving them up! Thank you for your thoughts and also for letting me know it gets a little better. You're right. They seem to take turns with tantrums, screaming and everything else naughty so it feels like there's someone going 24 hours a day! I think I lost my marbles about 3 months ago. DH found me one night really late sitting in bed with a naughty kid who refused to go to bed and I was just laughing and laughing. I'd been yelling at her all night and she knew she was being naughty but was being so darn cute! I either had to laugh or kill her but I think DH thought I was ready for the loony bin. It's so nice to talk to other twin mums! Thanks for letting me know you're there!
