Thanks for taking the time to reply..You sound like me only I never get the LArge stools like u do...I also feel like my colon just shuts down..like it is "PARALYZED" it is the worst!!!I wonder what caused this? I was NORMAL 6 months ago...It seems more manageable at home..in the comfort of my own place...but I am in the medical field and am in a hospital all day..which makes it tough when I am not feeling well.. EVerytime I hear of the people with IBS- D I think wow..I wish I had gotten that version..but I am sure their discomfort is also significant but in a different way.Any particular fiber supplement that has helped for u?I have recently tried citrucel and it seems to be helping.. HOPE u are feeling better too !!
