Get a second opinion or a referal to a specialist. There are so many things - arthritus, RA, Fibro, muscle problems - that can work together to make this kind of thing so much worse. THat could be happening with you and if so you need to know. Tylenol or tylenol with codeine would be good for this and easy on the tum. I'd avoid the NSAIDs until you have a definite arthritus diagnosis with inflammation seen - they are so hard on our tummies. Good luck sweetie. And "enjoy" your cry.
