Casey, I'll come to your pity party! It sounds like you could use any kind of party right now. I'm sorry to hear about everything you're going through right now. I agree, it's super frustrating when your IBS flares up without any obvious reason... even more frustrating than when you know what caused it! I just hope things calm down for you soon.
