Hello Everyone!
I'm new to this board - just wanted to say hello and that is it so nice to have discovered this message board!! I hope to get to know some of you through our discussions!
Just the basics about me...
I've had IBS now for 5 years. It's gone from bad to worse, to good, and back to bad again...you know how this stuff fluctuates. I live in a suburb outside of Philadelphia, PA. and work for a mutual fund company. I'm married, no kids yet, but a tiny little dog, who might as well be my child.
Btw...I'm curious - does anyone else on here also deal with upper GI problems? I have acid reflux and I'm on a large daily dose of Nexium, which doesn't always help, and I have a LOT of pressure/bloating/burping every day. I need to get back to my gastroenterologist to figure this stuff out. If anyone could shed some light on how this works with your IBS, I would greatly appreciate it.
