Gallbladder disease and IBS       01/04/05 03:55 PM Edit Reply Quote kobi Reged: 01/04/05 Posts: 1 I wasn't sure where the most effective place was to post this, so please feel free to share. In Sept of 2003 I was diagnosed with IBS-D. At 45 I was stunned and went to three doctors before I found one who was willing to listen. Four weeks ago I had my gallbladder removed complete with over 100 stones. It was an instant cure and I no longer suffer from horrible, repeated, embarrassing rushes to the bathroom. To all those doctors who said diarrhea is not a symptom of gallbladder disease a big raspberry. To Heather and all who share information here a great big hug and thank you because for the last year the only way I survived was by eating the IBS way.
