I know they are pretty good when it comes to modifying certain dishes to meet IBS needs or at least they were the last time I was there. They're Irish so they are VERY nice. BTW, one of my criteria for choosing the restaurant is cleanliness of the bathroom. I have been to this restaurant a number of times and they have nice facilities.
