Said the little guy with IBS, "How much wood could a woodchuck upchuck if a woodchuck upchucks wood."

Or in other words, GOTTA QUIT THAT SMOKING!!!!

Doc appts. to make, book to read, nicorette to stock up on...the list is getting bigger.

I pulled this thought from my late night to share a quick moment with all of you. Geez, the brains goin' in a varying continuum of manner. Train the brain to take that step. I've committed to being a nonsmoker. I've been tobacco free for four days in November which means I can be smoke free. And, I must take the necessary action to further the recovery. It has already begun...what's next.

12-step group study. Or, at least literature...can't 'pose on those who have different manifestations of issues...

And, most of all; my brains throwing up all over this group. I've got to put this in a journal. Brenda (or was it Vicki), begeeze she was such a strange cake that I forgot her name. I'm gunna have to set some boundaries with that happy nut. I digress. She may be a resource with journal writing for myself and the group.

OK ladies, you probably think I've lost my mind. -or at least my composure. Well, this is the kind of stream of mind I must follow in my prayer and journal. That old focus. -ain't lost it. Memory is quite off, but the pills owe me nothing.

Thank you for reading this. It's sort of a writing exercise. Tried to trip through my concentration and write whatever came into my head. Perhaps, a psychological exercise as well. Cool.

Anyways, my mind spooks easily, these days. It is Xmas in one day and my mind is still on Halloween. This morning I got to go into the garage and get that new Santa Hat I bought. Ovay, if gramma could see that! Losing some focus.

Yes. This is a good exercise. I'm naked in the sense that people will be actually reading this...and that I will then have outside validation instead of too much affirmation. Or was that...too much information! Gotcha! LOL? Yes. LOL.

Dumas.

Thank you, those fighting in Iraq, for the freedoms of speech here in the US. Happy Holiday.
