I saw my doctor yesterday and he said because I'd been fiddling around with my diet so much (I'd changed it a few times before starting Heather's diet) that I was suffering from malnutrician (not badly but enough that I'll suffer health problems soon) and that I needed to be eating a bit differently. I'm still following the soluble fibre basis but adding some red (really lean) meat and low fat dairy. I hoping it will still be okay to chat to you all in the living room? You understand what it feels like to have this and I think I'd miss you all too much if I didn't! I'm also on some meds to control my symptoms so I'm hoping I'll start to feel a bit better soon. He also put me on anti depressants which will help with the d and help me cope with the way I've been feeling lately. Thanks all so much for your support.
