I've been eating practically nothing. Toast (mostly with marg but if I get too bored I have a little vegemite) rice noodles, boiled rice, sweet rice, bread, some plain rice crackers (sometimes with vegemite) and some green cordial when I get sick of my herbal teas and water (plus it's summer here and getting hot). Other than that the occasional cup of decaf tea and that's pretty much it. I'm a bit confused now as one of the twins woke up this morning and had d so maybe the last week has been a bug. But that being said I've been suffering d for the last 6 months with only the occasional day where I've been sort of normal. I have a dr's app this arvo and I'm hoping he can help a little too. The soy is a bummer. I've gone dairy free before and had the same problem with it. Don't know why I thought this time would be different Thanks for trying to help guys!
