What kinds of foods have you been eating?? I have a hard time with soy as well. I really like the Vanilla Rice Dream "milk" it's great on cereal, have you tried that before? I know you need to feed your hubby and kids but for the next try sticking to nothing but breads-like english muffins and bagels, a little honey on them should be safe. I usually put a little jelly on mine but the fruit may not be a good idea just yet. Try some plain white rice, a little soy sauce on it should be ok. Try some boiled or baked potato. Try making a pasta salad with noodles, low fat mayo or a touch of low fat italian dressing, toss some cooked chicken into it for some protien. This will get old real fast but it will help you get stable. Once your stable, than we can work on adding in some variety! Feel better soon! Oh, by the way, have you tried the pepcid over the counter streagnth for the acid reflux? Its a low enough dose than it doesn't seem to cause the D for me. Once your a bit more stable, maybe give it a try!
