Shell I can totaly relate to you today!! Went to luch with my best friend and the kids and put RANCH dressing on my SALAD!!! THEN & THEN ( hanging my head in shame ) I had hot fudge sunde!!!!! I am already paying for it but oooooo sssssssooooooo worth it!!!! It felt good to sit down in a resturant and eat like a normal person!! Hey we all have our days!!! Safe and low fate dinners for us tonight!!!!

UUUmm/.... blue cheese on a side salad...sounds sooo good!! I'm ok with that as long as I have bread or something first!! In a resturant...my weakness is cheesecake, creme brule, & tiramisu..... ALL of which are NO NO'S for IBS (at least from the resturants)....

Tonight is homemade chicken noodle soup.... we are having BBQ Chicken Sandwichs from the crockpot!!! Cheese CAKE!!!! UUUUUMMMM DROOLING HERE!!! OY bad taste buds bad bad bad LOL
