I loved reading that too! It sounds just so fun and neat. I'm Irish but obviously do not celebrate in the official Irish way. First can I say Corn on the Cob? I never heard of that for Christmas. Walk on the beach? Do you live near a beach? That's awesome. It's not warm in Ireland at Christmas is it?
