Its about this little boy who wants to buy his Mom (who's dying and not expected to live through the night) a pair of shoes so she'll look pretty when she meets Jesus but he doesn't have enough money. It makes me cry every time I hear it, but it reminds me the real point of Christmas is not how many presents you get, but showing your family how much you love them.
