I just want to know,what motivated you to lose the weight? How hard was it to get started? Do you notice a dramatic improvement in your IBS symptoms,since losing weight? I really want and need to lose weight myself.I have an underactive thyroid and it makes it hard to have the energy or motivation to lose weight when my metabolism is slower.Im not trying to use that as an excuse but it sometimes makes me feel like "what's the use of trying".
