My employer is supposed to pay $474 for each employee, inc. dental. It only pays 80% of most proceedures, tho, and some aren't even covered. Like my porcelien crown, which was like $1200 out of my pocket.

I want to move to the UK permanantly!! I went to school in Surrey and loved it!! And I love managed health care! Viva socialized medicine!!!
