Sticking them in the dishwasher, or even washing them a lot, will bend the plastic after a while. Hence the bubbles! The only important bit about cleaning anything else is that if you're working with chocolate you need to make sure there is no moisture at all left in those bottles or other tools. Water + chocolate = disaster! But, that said, I stick that stuff in the dishwasher when I'm done making a bacth, but I just make sure it's really really dry before I put it away. I have enough bottles that if I'm making chocolates 2 days in a row, I don't have to use the same ones on the second day so they have time to dry.
