....I have FINALLY found a health food store that does some of the stuff you gus rave about! I have Tofutti ice cream in my freezer atm and it sure helps to satusfy a craving even if it's not quite the real thing. And I have cheese, FINALLY! The mozzarella was yummy but it had casein in it so I couldn't have much. WHy do they do that? The other cheese didn't want to melt - do you just have to cook it for longer?
