Some weeks are better than others, but that is to be expected. I am finally off most of my medication. I am now on the Ortho Evra BC patch for a continuous three mos and on 300 mg of Zonegran. If I get a migraine I take Maxalt or if it is HORRIBLE I take Seroquel (a miracle drug). Considering the number of preventatives that I was on I would have been expecting my migraines to increase, but they haven't. I can't complain. I am sorry you are having a hard time with yours now.
