What kinds of things do you like to write? I'm leaning more toward science-fiction/fantasy.I am thinking chicklit with humour, also childrens stories, but have this idea at the moment for an advice type book...watch this space. My trouble with writing is that since I'm not working, I feel guilty if I'm sitting down writing instead of looking for a job Funny that doesn't apply to all the time I spend on the board ... I know what you mean about the time on the board, good luck with the jobhunt, what are you hoping to do? Keep the writing up though
I second that it would be nice to read Heather's poem. I love reading other people's work (though I'm no good at poetry).
On the original topic, b/f thinks that I should stay, but I can't get him to explain why. More discussion needed. He'd probably miss you too much!Need to talk to him though
By the way - my b-day is on St Paddy's Day Mom used to say my dad was out drinking green-beer on the day I was born We have some Irish way back in the line, but mostly we're a mix (supposedly have some Native American in there somewhere too). Not alone am I Irish through and through, my parents and grnndparents are from the same county too, no exoticism in me!
