APPLY! even if they get it under control enough that eventually you can work- right now you can't and thats what matters.. same thing I said to my friend with the brain aneurysms.. she has had brain surgery twice and now the aneurysm they cant' reach surgically appears to have a slight leak.. which is causing her all kinds of problems.. SSI is being slow even with a lawyer, but hopefully it will allow her to continue to be self sufficient and keep food on the table for her kids... meanwhile- I just hired her to clena my house.. I'll have to get her here but she can make some under the table $$ to help out financially and feel useful.. sshe can't work in a real job because ehr memory is hosed and she has days with migraines so bad she can go over a week without moving.. but helping keep the house showable she thinks she can do.. HER DOCTOR filed her claim for her.. not a lawyer he was so sure she qualified though.
