What I'd suggest is that you go to a good pharmacy and ask whoever dispenses the meds for help. They know there stuff and can whittle down to huge selection to something you want. Tell them you have Fibromylagia and that you want the strongest OTC pain relief they can give you. I'd also suggest mentioning paracetamol and codeine, or just codeine. Once you get accustomed to having Fibro (and to the very IDEA of having Fibro), then you can learn to manage your symptoms. Knowing what pain meds to take and when. Taking whatever other drugs you get, SSRIs or something to help you sleep. Working out how to get the best sleep. Knwoing your limits so that you both don't over do it and also don't stop doing everything. It gets easier, okay. Gotta go. I'm seriously frogged, typing is becoming VERY slow and I'm suddenly freezing! Bed and a hot water bottle for me! It IS ten-thirty pver here Past my bed-time!
