My mom has always been into exercise, but in the last few years she got really into running.. She started out walking, but now she runs. She is doing really well for it, too.. she says it makes her feel a lot better and she has lost loads of weight doing it as well. I just think you're doing an excellent job with all this and being able to stick to it.
