Thanks y'all...It does make me feel better to get on here and vent Although I wouldn't wish IBS on my worst enemy, it is nice to know I am not alone. Thanks for the tip about coffee, Khyricat, I always figured that if it didn't trigger an attack a few minutes to hours later, than that wasn't the trigger. That might be were I am having such a problem identifying them, I always think of what I ate last, not a couple of days ago. Hope your daughter gets better soon, Heather7476, poor baby it is just one thing after another
