Actonel upsets my stomach, I'm afraid to take Evista for fear of blood clots and right now I have the nasal spray and am afraid to use it because it causes headaches. Don't know what I'm going to do. I can't even take too much calcium because it caused "C". I can take tums but I need more than that. I'm sorry you are having a tough time. Have you tried any of the above things?
